• Sorry, no rentals to anyone under 21 years of age.
• Reservations are accepted for short term (minimum 1 month) or extended stay.
• Guests staying less than 180 days are subject to 10% city and state lodging tax.
• All homes are non-smoking inside. Smoking is permissable on decks, patio's, etc.
