This home was built in the late 50's and remodeled when I purchased it in 2008.

All cooking utensils, dishes and flatware are furnished.
Looking between the base and upper cabinets you can see the doorway to the laundry area.
The laundry room is approximately 9' x 13' so there's plenty of room for the ironing board to remain up and ready to use.
The small table is convenient for folding clothes and a sewing basket is provided if needed.
A clothing rod is located over the washer and dryer.
This makes it quick and easy to remove items from the washer or dryer
and hang them immediately, cutting down on ironing.
This bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, chest and 20" television.
The four windows will let in a lot of light or, for daytime sleepers,
blackout tie-up shades may be lowered to darken the room.
